Have been a repeat customer for about 7 years now. The new owners have completely turned the place around. Most rooms are updated. Prices are extremely fair. Location is perfect for the ATV trails. Owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. Have never stayed at a better motel/campground. Can not recommend this place enough.

I spent an afternoon here, and it was the best $20 I've ever spent! I'm used to the normal public access wheeling spots, and I was blown away by the variety, quality, and the sheer density of obstacles to test my skill on. I have a solid axle swapped jeep liberty on 31s with a front locker, and I had more than enough to keep me busy. I don't think we explored even half of what the park has to offer. 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped here midweek while on a marine railway repair job. Great place, quiet, clean, nice rooms with kitchenette. Much better sheets than your average roadside motel. Great place to stay!

The camping sites are nice. Works well for large groups. The trails are good. Haven't stayed in the rooms, but have heard mixed reviews about them from friends.

Just went for the first time with our camper and ended up booking for next weekend as well! This place is full of great people, great trails and great amenities. They have a wash station, dump station and great sites. Owners are very nice. Would highly recommend!

We went to this place in July and the people who own the area were more than accommodating for us. We booked one of the bunkers online that are back off the trails. While walking in, it was very muddy from the previous weekend. We tried to keep going but there was no way to get back there without a large truck, or jeep, or ATV. Even with the owner helping us take stuff back. It wasn't working so he offered us an rv for a bit more a night. Glad we did, because we were coming and going constantly so the back wouldn't have worked well. If youre just staying around the area and you have an off road vehicle, it's great. I realize the name of the place is off road park, but we didn't realize the setup. What I'm trying to say is they were very great with us. Would go again, but better equipped

The reviews on here are so far off. This is a fabulous little family place. The owners are so helpful. The rooms have everything you'd need but no coffee maker, we bought one at Walmart for $14 no biggie. Air conditioning, shower and little kitchenette. It's perfect for a getaway. Don't read the nonsense saying otherwise. Amazing stay here

Overall we had a good time with some great veiws along the way. But a few things to note are trails were very hard to follow without getting lost and very hard to get through with all the deep ruts and lots of mud. If you don't have experience don't go to this place.
